2. General notes

We treat your personal data confidentially and in accordance with statutory data protection regulations and this privacy policy. Use of this website is generally possible without providing personal data.

3. Hosting

We host our website on a dedicated server provided by Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany. A data processing agreement is in place with the provider. All data remains in Germany.

4. Server log files

When you visit our website, technically necessary data is automatically recorded: IP address, date and time, requested URL, referrer, browser and operating system identifier. Legal basis is Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in server security and availability). Storage maximum 7 days; automatic deletion thereafter.

5. Contact form

When you send us a request via the contact form, your name, optional company, email address, subject and message content are processed to answer your request and, if applicable, to initiate a business relationship.

Legal basis: Art. 6 (1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) or Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in effective request handling). Transmission via SMTP to info@prio-visual.de. The SMTP provider used for delivery will be disclosed prior to going live; a data processing agreement is in place.

Your request is stored in our mailbox until the matter is resolved plus 6 months for follow-up questions, unless a longer retention obligation applies. We additionally write technical audit entries (hashed IP, email address, subject, processing status — no message body) for spam and abuse detection; these are deleted on the server after 30 days.

6. Cookies

We use only technically necessary local storage entries (theme and language preferences in your browser's localStorage). Consent is not required pursuant to § 25 (2) no. 2 TTDSG. No web analytics, tracking, or advertising cookies are used.

7. Fonts

We serve the Montserrat font locally from our own server. There is no connection to Google Fonts or other third parties.

8. Images, videos and maps

All images and media are served from our own server. The map embedded in the contact section is a static image with no external scripts.

9. Your rights

You have the following rights regarding your personal data:

10. Right to lodge a complaint

You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. The competent authority is the Bavarian State Office for Data Protection Supervision (BayLDA), Promenade 27, 91522 Ansbach, Germany.
